This six-bedroom, five-bathroom home features two living rooms, a private pool (11' x 23') and spa, and two furnished patio areas (one covered, one uncovered). The ground level of the home features three bedrooms, three baths, and a living room with a sleeper sofa and access to the pool deck. The second level of the home consists of the kitchen, main living room with balcony access, primary bedroom and bath, and two additional guest rooms. Gorgeous views can be seen from the kitchen, living room, and master bedroom. Outside amenities include a large swimming pool, hot tub, gas grill, and patio furniture.
This location in Forest Beach is ideal, situated on the very quiet Dune Lane. You will feel comfortable letting the kids bike the paths to Coligny Plaza, or play freely on the beach, while you relax. There are numerous award-winning restaurants, a large variety of shops and boutiques, grocery stores, and even convenience stores in the immediate area.
