Relax at this beachside bungalow under the huge Spanish moss-draped oak. Cool off in a private pool with spa, perfect for your family getaway. Just a 3-minute walk to the beach. Hop on the bike path and pedal down to Coligny Plaza in just minutes. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the dining area, with seating for 8. The home is equipped with wireless internet and cable TV. There are a few spaces suitable for working from home, making this a year round destination!
The home has a casual coastal theme throughout it’s 3-bedroom 2 bath layout. 13 Sandpiper is located 7th row from the beach in the North Forest Beach neighborhood. This home is pet friendly with a fully fenced in yard!
Relax in one of two living rooms with large flat screen TV. The second living room has a queen pull-out sofa for extra sleeping space, if needed. This space makes for a perfect den to get work done or for virtual schooling. The spacious master bedroom has a king bed and private bath with shower. There are two additional guest rooms. The first has a queen bed, and the second has 2 twin beds. These two bedrooms share a bath with tub/shower combination. With everything situated on one floor, this home is perfect for the whole family and those who may have mobility issues.

“One of our best trips EVER at HHI”
Very close to beach and within short bike ride to Coligny. Pet friendly and VERY clean which is a must for me! Lots of space
