These properties are within 1 to 1.5 blocks of the Atlantic Ocean beach and Van der Meer Tennis Center. Vacationers seeking a good value don't mind the short walk to and from the ocean and like parking at the front door of their condo. A spiral staircase from the living balcony provides easy access to the beautifully landscaped courtyard and large swimming pool.
