Description
Casa Beleza is a one-of-a-kind, 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom, oceanfront home ideal for a fun beach getaway on Hilton Head Island. Experience oceanfront views from almost every room in the home. As you enter the home, you are confronted with a large living room with giant windows. Perfect to take in the ocean views. Just to your right is the fully equipped kitchen and dining area, both of which also face the ocean. The Kitchen is open to the dining room, separated only by a small bar. Great for entertaining while preparing meals. The dining area opens to a large deck which has a grilling area dining table. This deck leads down to a lower-level sundeck just below the living room windows. This deck is where you will find the Jacuzzi hot tub. This deck will go back up and wrap around the side of the home, giving the two main level bedrooms direct exterior access. From the sundeck, there is a short staircase to the back yard. In the back yard, you will find a large pool, wood burning firepit, and a private beach access via a boardwalk through the dunes. This is a very rare feature, even for the most luxurious oceanfront homes.
Back inside, going left of the living room, you will find two of the four bedrooms. The first is a master bedroom with a king bed, gorgeous ocean views, and a flat screen TV. The master bedroom contains a private, updated bathroom with walk-in shower. The master bathroom has access to a side deck where you can also enjoy the beautiful ocean views. Next to the master, you will find a guest bedroom containing a queen bed and a flat screen TV. This bedroom has access to the side deck as well. The queen guest room contains its own full-size bathroom with a shower/tub.
Going upstairs, you are greeted by a narrow landing overlooking the living room and maintaining the views of the back yard and ocean. On either side of the landing are there main two bedrooms. To the right, you will find another master bedroom. This bedroom has views of the ocean, a fireplace (for aesthetics only), a flat screen TV, a private balcony, and a private bathroom. The bathroom has double sinks, a large tub, and a large walk-in shower. This is the best room in the house! Exiting the master and crossing the landing, you will find the fourth bedroom. This room has 2 twin beds, a trundle, flat screen TV, and private bathroom. The bathroom contains a tub/shower.
10 Sea Oak is a marvelous home with amazing décor and esthetic, a true delight to those with great taste! The interior is impeccable, and the outdoor space is equally matched in well placed features that make it truly unique! Enjoy the gorgeous view off the many decks that look out to your own private boardwalk to the beach and jump into large, private pool that will refresh you on the hot summer days. Take a nap in one ofthe two hammocks or walk down to the sun deck at the end of the board walk, just steps from the beach. “A magical property”
This is a great house. Fantastic location and the boardwalk to the beach is fabulous. Loved the deep pool as well as enjoying swimming in the sea.
