Our villas are conveniently located in Palmetto Dunes on Carnoustie Road near the Fazio clubhouse and the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center where you have FREE court time available. The three Centrecourt and one Turnberry vacation villa are spacious and fully furnished - perfect for total relaxation. All have full kitchens, lovely dining and living rooms, washers & dryers and large balconies with wood decking. All four villas have two bedrooms and two baths and accommodate up to 8 guests.The Centrecourt villas have four queen beds, two in each bedroom. The Turnberry villa has a king bed in one bedroom and two queens in the other. A pool and the beach are nearby. The Centrecourt villas overlook a sparkling lagoon where herons, egrets, and other wildlife can be spotted. The Turnberry villa overlooks the Fazio fairways. You will have all the comforts of a well-appointed yet surprisingly affordable home plus spectacular views.

Our warm, semitropical climate is ideal for year-round activities. Stroll along three miles of uncrowded beach, canoe on eleven miles of Palmetto-fringed lagoons. Build a sandcastle and watch the sun set over the surf. Golf at one of our championship golf courses, enjoy play at our twenty-five court tennis center or kayak on scenic creeks. Unwind at the beach, relax in one of our pools or explore nature trails on island or on Pinckney Island just before you cross onto Hilton Head - you are on vacation! There are so many choices. You will want to come back again and again.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Cheryl (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
