This newly remodeled non-smoking 3 bedroom penthouse villa is situated on the top two floors of Harbourside II in Shelter Cove Marina, boasting over 2500 square feet of living space! Our villa has a newly remodeled kitchen with new appliances, Coffee Bar and views of the intercourse waterway. Be the first to experience the all new downstairs with new flooring, featuring designer decor. While relaxing on the balcony you can experience a breathtaking sunset overlooking Broad Creek and the Inter-coastal Waterway or view the Harbourfest fireworks while relaxing at night!

Our Villa also includes a washer and dryer, full kitchen, and dining room. One bedroom is located on the first floor of the Villa (double bed), while the Master Bedroom (king size bed) located on the second level features a fireplace and Jacuzzi. The 2nd bedroom has a queen and a twin bed. All have a TV/DVD. The unit occupies the top 4th and 5th floors. An elevator is located in the building for your added convenience. On-site amenities include a private swimming pool, and children's playground. Shannon Tanner's Pavilion is located steps away from our villa!

The condo is spacious, yet needs a cosmetic update. The parking was good. The view is peaceful. The stores and restaurants beneath are of good variety.

Response from the owner Hi Karen Thank you so much for your review. We always appreciate your feedback as we try to improve the villa for our guests so they can have a flawless stay. I wish you had talked to our property manager about the electrical problems in the small downstairs bedroom as it's a simple remedy. There is a "reset" button located on the outlet in the adjacent bathroom. Sometimes guests accidentally hit it when plugging in their hair dryers etc. If it is pushed in, your right, some of the outlets in the bedroom turn off. Yes the lights in the master bath are hot if they are turned up all the way. Not sure if you were aware that they are on a dimmer and can be turned down to an appropriate comfort level. The lock issue has me puzzled as you're the first guest in 5 years to have had difficulty getting in. I did look over my instructions and they read correctly. Glad you got it figured out for your stay ?. Apparently the lock works ok because you didnot have any other issues once Mike showed you how to correctly use it. Once again thank you for your comments and we hope you will stay with us again in the future. Mary Beth McCarthy
