A beautiful Villa located 5 bicycling minutes from the center of Hoi An City, Vietnam, 10 minutes from the city's Main Market, mini marts close to the area, and complete with a breath taking only 15 minute scenic bicycle route through rice fields to the amazing An Bang beach.

The Villa comes with a spacious garage capable of fitting up to a 16 passenger seat SUV (along with more parking on the side of the street), garden, kitchen and dinning room, 2 living rooms, LED TV in every bedroom (satellite connection), WIFI, phone line, and air conditioning to help make your stay that much more comfortable. Also included in the price is 6 free bicycles so you can move around easier.

This Villa can be rented as a whole or by separate rooms, with a 10% off on weekly rentals (7 days). Rates are as follows:

Complete Villa- $159.99 per night

Master Bedroom w/ Work Area- $55 per night

Superior Bedroom - $45 per night

Standard Bedroom ( no view)- $39.99 per night
