Description
Our beautiful villa in Hua Hin is for rent. The villa which has been completed in December 2010, is located at the Banyan Village, Resort & Golf and designed for a comfortable life in the tropics. Balinese influences and Asian architecture are evident in the design of villa.
There are 10 beautiful golf courses in Hua Hin, also known as the Golf Capital of Thailand. All courses are conveniently located 30 minutes from the centre of Hua Hin. Black Mountain, Banyan Golf Course and Sea Pines are the newest courses in Hua Hin. A shuttle service from the resort to Banyan Golf Course is available.

The villa is built around a courtyard with three bedrooms overlooking this area. The spacious master bedroom has a large walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom with a double sink, toilet and shower. The en-suite bathroom overlooks the outdoor bathroom with shower and tropical plants. The other two bed rooms have access to the second bath room in the villa.
The modern living room of sixty square meters has a large flat screen TV with DVD, CD and iPod player. The open kitchen has state of the art modern Siemens appliances such as a large American fridge with icecube maker, oven and microwave and a dish washer.

The large terrace of more than a hundred square meters borders the pool. The infinity pool is twelve by five meters. The covered patio has a lounge set and dining table for eight people. On the second terrace next to the pool you will enjoy the loungers with parasols and outdoor shower.
The villa is set in a lush garden. The grounds comprise of 1,200 square meters.

“Beautiful villa, lovely pool, we will come back.”
Beautiful villa. Care keeper was at the villa to welcome us. Maid cleaned the villa twice a week. The villa is well equipped. Played golf at three courses near by.

“This villa is awesome!”
The villa was excellent, very picturesque, spacious, clean and very well presented. All services and systems worked perfectly. The villa sits in it's own walled grounds compromising of the garden areas, parking bay, decking and pool. The garden and pool were very clean and tidy and cleaners/gardeners came mid-week to clean any leaves etc. When we were at the villa the kids played endlessly in the pool and garden, the walls and gate make the whole facility feel very safe. There is very little traffic around the resort, most traffic being electric golf buggies driven by resort staff. The Banyan resort is on the southern outskirts of Hua Hin the resort management will arrange a taxi into Hua Hin centre if you do not have a car, cost 250 Baht into town 200Baht on a Tuk Tuk return (Per Taxi not per person). The quality of the food at the resort restraunt and bar at reception is very good. The nearest shops for bottled water and general food stuff is approx 1000m from the resort front gate, the road is very busy and mostly unlit at night. All in all If we return to Hua Hin we will not hesitate to return to this villa, our stay was excellent.

“A gorgeous villa perfect for a relaxing stay”
Well equipped and maintained with plenty of space to relax. Easy reach of Hua Hin and everything you need. Owner is friendly and quick to respond to all enquiries. I would definitely recommend this villa.
