Description
2023 is here and the villa is waiting to recieve guests following the restart ot Thai tourism. We have updated the villa recently with Covid19 in mind.
We now have fiberoptic broadband installed.
Standing in 6400 sq.m of enclosed grounds the elevated design of the 540 sq.m villa makes the best of the mountain views to the East and West with sunrise and sunsets enjoyable from the spacious verandas overlooking the 8 x 5m swimming pool. Located in a rapidly developing area there are a miriad of shops resaurants and bars locally.
Your experience begins when you are greeted by a member of staff who will familiarise you with:-
The master bedroom with two 6ft double beds, AC, ceiling fan, feature en-suite bathroom Bed 2and3 with 6ft doubles, AC, ceiling fans and ensuites Bed4/ nursery twin 3ft beds. Fitted kitchen and breakfast bar, equipped with granite worktops, oven, hob, microwave, three door fridge freezer,kettle, toaster etc. and utensils. Formal dining table for 8. Lounge, DVD player and 40" monitor, comfy seating. All bedding and bath towels provided.
Changing room on the ground floor with shower WC and basin, for the illuminated pool to make the most of the day. Drinks fridge for the pool.
The grounds feature Coconut, mango, banana and papaya trees that can be picked when in season. Cocktail palm lined illuminated driveway.
We will be happy to help with all aspects of your holiday and do our best to make your stay a pleasant one. An english speaking maid service is available and many local attractions and local services are listed in the property for your convenience.
Airport transfers, car hire, daily maid service, Thai and European meal delivery, cots, can be arranged for you at extra cost. Water charges included. Electricity chargeable at 5 baht per unit.(kw/h)

The villa is comfortable and basic. spaces are very large. the garden should be treated a little 'more, but the rest is ok. a special thanks to Ms. Elle that she took care of us with a lot of hospitality and efficiency. thanks to Peter for precise information. absolutely need a car, however, that it hires with a few baht per day.
