Apartments Garden Opatija – Lovran are two apartments (2 + 2 persons) *** located in a family holiday house on the end of the street surrounded by large terraces, beautiful garden and lots of greenery in the peace and quiet for a real vacation. This holiday home has a beautiful view of the sea and the Kvarner bay. House is located 400 meters from the beach, and from the small town called Ika where is shop, pharmacy, restaurant and bars. Also to the center of town Lovran is only 1.5 km where there is a super market, a market with local products, fish market more restaurants, old town and much more. Only 5 kilometers from the house is famous tourist town Opatija. For those who want to enjoy walking or jogging along the sea there is a promenade long 12 kilometers from Lovran to Volosko.

The apartment No.1 (30m2), located on the ground floor of the house. It consists of a living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, utility room and a large terrace and a parking space for the vehicle. The apartment is suitable for 2 persons in a double bed and for up to two persons on an extra bed in the living room.
