Description
Villa Parralito Ingenio is a dream house with 5 bedrooms and capacity for up to 12 people with a private swimming pool (non-heatable) surrounded by natural surroundings.
It has a large garden with 2.000m2 with beautiful fruit trees and a spacious lawn area for children to run and play in, large indoor and outdoor spaces, and a children's playhouse with toys.
Villa Parralito Ingenio has 5 bedrooms:
1 large master bedroom with double bed, television and bathtub with views, plus an ensuite bathroom and dressing room.
1 bedroom with a double bed and access to an upper attic with 1 trundle bed, this bedroom is a family type, being the perfect attic for children.
1 bedroom with two single beds.
2 bedrooms with a double bed in the basement.
There are another 2 bathrooms with shower, a fully equipped kitchen with all kinds of appliances, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, an American fridge, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster and all the necessary utensils for a quiet and carefree stay.
In the house we can find air conditioning in several rooms, a living room with television and a large lounge with furniture of the best quality. There are several terraces with outdoor dining areas, a built-in barbecue and a chill out room with views of the garden.
Villa Parralito Ingenio has a private swimming pool (non-heatable) which is fully protected with shutter doors, perfect for keeping children safe and ideal for use in summer and winter. It also has parking spaces for up to 4 cars.
This house is ideal for large families or groups of people looking for luxury and total privacy.
Ingenio, is a very quiet village which helps you to disconnect and relax, but at the same time it is only a 30 minute drive from Maspalomas and Meloneras or from the capital. In Gran Canaria everything is within reach in a short distance!

If you wish to have more than 3 rooms open with a lesser occupancy, please specify this in your reservation as the price applied will be the one corresponding to the number of rooms open.

Welcome and personal key handover until 8pm.
2 cots and 2 high chairs (on request) will be provided for children under 2 years of age.

Conditions
This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
A deposit is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.
The number of rooms open will depend on the number of adults involved in the reservation. For example, 4 people = two rooms, 6 people = 3 bedrooms
