Description

Palm Villa A1 is a newly built modern apartment house located in quiet area of Preko, the largest settlement and the location of the ferry port on beautiful Island of Ugljan, one of the islands of the Zadar archipelago.

The villa, surrounded by a green garden of indigenous flora, has two spacious, air-conditioned apartments, each capable of comfortably housing 4+2 people.

The 55m2+24m2 floor plan offer accommodation for 4+2 person. The apartments consist of a big lounge, master bedroom, children bedroom, kitchen with dining space, bathroom, hallway and a large covered balcony with a dining table.

Apartment have a tastefully decorated lounge with high ceilings and full-length windows on two sides allowing plenty of light which makes it feel airy and relaxing. The lounge has a big sofa which can turn into a comfortable bed for two. It has a flat screen TV with satellite TV and DVD player. Apartment also have wireless, flat-rate internet connection.

The lounge is connected to the fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances: stove, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and water cooker. Guests are also free to use the outdoor wooden barbecue.

From the lounge or the kitchen you can access the covered balcony with a wooden dining table for six people.

From the upper apartment's balcony there is a stunning view of the sea, uninhabited island Galevac and Zadar-Pasman Channel.

From the lower apartment's balcony there is partial view of the sea and the city of Zadar.

The hallway connects the lounge and kitchen with the bathroom, master bedroom and children's bedroom.

The bathroom in both apartments has a shower cabin, hairdryer, big sink with a mirror and plenty of cabinet space for all toiletries.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, bedside cabinets and lamps and a huge built-in closet to fit all the clothing. In the bedroom there is also a make-up / work desk with a mirror.

Children's bedroom has two separate full-size single beds, a bedside cabinet with reading lamps and a closet so it can comfortably accommodate two adults as well.

“Comfort with a view”

Very nice and comfortable apartment with a large terrace overlooking the sea, town Preko and Zadar. Diverse beaches (one of them is very suitable and nice for young children) are within easy reach, peace is ensured through a bit distant location from the everyday hustle and bustle. All this outweighs a little more walking up the hill. As a family with small children, and according to all beautiful moments we already think that next year we will return.
