Hi..!
For those of you who are not familiar with Roca Azul, it is a nice and warm vicinity pretty close to the "Rivera de Chapala". The neighborhood is located in a quarter not very far (about 5 minutes) from Jocotepec, Jalisco (a relatively small, yet nice town in the area), and about 15 to 20 minutes from Ajijic, Chapala, etc.
The house is of course, ready for your disposal with everything including dishes, cooking utensils, etc; and fully equipped with every household appliance necessary for having an enjoyable time; ranging from air conditioners, TV and DVD sets, to fully functional oven, refrigerator and washing machine. (Other electronic equipment such as microwave can be found. All in fully optimal conditions)
The house total area is of about 440 squared meters, including:
* 2 bedrooms (1 of them with its own bathroom and with a queen-sized bed, and the other one with two separated single-sized mattresses (which can be moved together)).
* 2 bathrooms (both of them with showers and everything)
* living room (with television and sound system, etc) [While the DVD sets, etc. are fully functional, there's no cable TV for the moment.. I'll update it as soon as there is]
* fully equipped kitchen
* laundry room
* dining room
* a small studio
* ..and a relatively large garden outside [in case you're traveling with a pet such as a dog, there's a nice area where you can keep it outside]
Although we're currently in Guadalajara, we will be able to assist you with anything you may need in your stay (the property is about ~30 minutes from Guadalajara City), or in any case, we'll be able to send you someone from the local area to assist you with any problem you may have.
Anyhow, if you're interested in the kind of place where you can have a cool and relaxing time, Roca Azul is really a great place to choose. My father started vacationing around there since he was young, and latter on he bought this house.. Up till today, although we're not able to continue to go as frequently as we used to, we still enjoy paying a visit from time to time in order to have an enjoyable time and distract ourselves a bit from the city lights..

Ps. If you'd like to see the property's (or the neighborhood's) exact location, I'd advise you to search it in Google Maps (as "Roca Azul 2da. sección) rather than Bing.. as the former is not as accurate in that certain region.

The host Mr Muñoz was súper helpful and nice. He even told us a lot about the town of Chapala his house was cleaning and beautiful.
