Description
My studio is located in just few steps from Jomtien beach and is really close to the sea. You can also enjoy swimming in the swimming pool of this newly built condo. You’ll love my place because of the kitchen and the amenities, and nice & quiet neighborhood. The condo is just 100 m from Jomtien Beach Road, but it is enough to not be disturbed by the sound of the music from the cars passing by. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers who would like to stay in quiet and safe place.
You can find all necessary things in the neighbourhood. It is just 100 m to the sea, Family Mart convenience store, songthaews (sometimes called tuktuk) which will take you sirectly to the city centre, and about 400 m to the popular night market and a famous rooftop bar.
I recommed this studio for solo travelers, couples and families with children. The place can accommodate 2 persons on a perfect king-size bed and 2 extra persons on a sofa-bed. Extra persons to be charged additioaly.
Check-in and check-out service between 17:00 hrs. and 09:00 hrs. is charged additionally at THB 300/time
PLEASE note that I do not allow to provide my phone number to the third parties, such as taxi drivers or tour organizations. If you have decided to reach my place by your own or to book a taxi at any third-party company, please be ready to explain yourself where to take you to the driver, who proably has never been to Pattaya before and has no idea where my place is located. I provide the most accurate coordinates where my place is located and normally it is enough to reach the place. If you feel uncomfortable with the maps, etc., then let me book the taxi for you with the driver, who knows Pattaya well and especially my place.
