Kamal Villa is a three bedroom duplex, perfect for a modern holiday lifestyle. Located just 100 meters from the stunning Waskaduwa Beach and only a 3 minute walk from the bustling and beautiful Kalutara Beach, the villa is right in the heart of Sri Lanka's idyllic beach district. Perfect for families and adult groups alike.
The property is well equipped, boasting a large kitchen-diner with seating for 8, as well as a washing machine, fridge and freezer. The cosy living room has 2 sofas, ideal for relaxing with a good book. There are also 3 comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Basically everything you need for a wonderfully relaxing holiday.
Venturing out is easy. With restaurants, cafes, shops, diving, massage and ATMs within walking distance, there is no need for a car or motorbike. However, should you feel like exploring our beautiful country a bit more, taxi and car/motorbike rental services are available at Kamal Villa.

“Everything I needed and more”
This villa is Sri Lankan living to the full. Kamal is on hand for all your needs. Thank you. It is 5 mins walk to beach, has a little shop next door, Sammy will advise you on any questions and the main supermarkets and banks are 10 mins in a tuk tuk, the drivers will wait and bring you back for about 300 rupees £1.50. The villa has lovely large bedrooms with excellent air conditioning, sheets and towels are provided. The kitchen is basic but has everything you need. The garden is a complete sun trap and very private. Kamal will also arrange tours of the island for you at a very competitive price. You must visit Kandy and Galle. Thank you Kamal for a fantastic holiday. See you next year xxx
