This lovely home has 2 large queen bedrooms (one with a toilet / shower en suite) plus a twin room containing 2 single beds. It has a main bathroom with a bath and shower plus a separate toilet. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities.
The fully equipped kitchen overlooks (a cathedral ceiling expanding over) the dining area boasting elegant slate flooring and a grand 10 seater dining table. Open plan living spaces comprise of 2 living areas adjoined to the dining room. One presents as a cosy family room with a TV / DVD player and plenty of bean bags. The other is ideal for curling up on the lounge with a book, listening to music, staring at the view out the window or just relaxing in front of the fire (combustion heater with firewood provided).
There is a large, sunny deck at the back of the house with a dining tableand breathtaking views over the valley and its escarpments.
The garage at the front of the property has been converted into a games room providing lots of fun for friends and family offering table football, darts and table tennis.
The house is only a 10 minute stroll from picturesque Kangaroo Valley village with its excellent cafes & restaurants, shops and the Friendly Inn Hotel.
As well as the stunning scenery, Kangaroo Valley provides many activities such as kayaking along the Kangaroo River, golf at one of the best located golf courses in Australia and countless bush walks. There are also several galleries and a couple of wineries situated within a few minutes drive of the village.

* Please note a $40 booking fee applies to all bookings (non refundable) .
* Special is not available on long weekends, School Holidays or Christmas/New Year period. To take advantage of the special please book the nights you would like to stay and we will amend the pricing on your booking before you receive a payment request.
* A security bond of $500 is processed as a credit card preauthorisation with all bookings.
