A spacious ground floor unit with easy access to the complex pool.

This unit is fully self contained including all you need in the kitchen- Microwave, large fridge, plenty of crockery, assorted cooking utensil, good size pantry. The lounge has a comfortable lounge and ceiling fans to enjoy while watching a movie after a big day out.  The main  bedroom has a Double bed, while there are  2 singles in the 2nd bedroom.. Recent tiling throughout the common areas of the unit has given this unit a new freshness while retaining the great holiday atmosphere it has always offered. Single lockup garage give security for you vehicle.

This complex is located right in the heart of Kings Beach, where you are only moments from the sands of Kings and many local shops, cafes and restaurants.

LINEN NOT INCLUDED: This property comes supplied with pillows and blankets or doonas.  Linen (sheets, bath towels, pillowcases, tea towels, bath mats and hand towels) is not included in the price.  However, guests can hire a linen pack directly from us which includes the above linen items, and it will be delivered to the property on the day of your arrival.  Simply contact us prior to arrival to organise linen hire.

When we entered it wasn't exactly like the photos we saw on-line. Everything was so old and dirty! Especially the kitchen! We didn't feel like touch anything.... We asked to change the appar… More
