Prices quoted are for the occupancy of 1 to 4 persons at no extra charge; travelling is already hectic enough to have to worry about extra charges and hidden costs. On offer for short term vacation rental is a tastefully furnished two bedroom apartment that is on Kensington Crescent, New Kingston. The apartment offers the perfect combination of ambiance, security and all the amenities of a very accommodating home. The apartment is in a gated complex with 24hr security, remote control gate and coded entrance to enter the apartment complex. The apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen, the larger bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom have two single beds. Wi-Fi internet and hot water is available and AC are in both bedrooms

The apartment is centrally located within easy reach of a park, shopping areas, popular night clubs and many restaurants. It is ideal for short-term holiday rental, single occupancy, honeymooners, family vacations, business trips and leisure travellers alike. Additionally, the rental rates for the apartment are very affordable in comparison to staying at a hotel.

“Perfect chill spot.”

The location is great, only 25 minutes Drive from the airport. Been staying here on a yearly basis, my home away from home. WiFi and hot water is great. Love that the apartment is close to everything.

How do damage deposits work?
