1 Bedroom suite in a Vacation Resort located less than 2 Miles to Disney World.
Comfortable Villa, steps from the Pool - Includes 2 Full size Beds & Living Room with Sofa Sleeper. Our non-Smoking villa offers private bedroom and living areas.

Comfortable Villa, steps from the Pool - Bedroom Includes 2 Full size Beds & Living Room with Sofa Sleeper. Our non-Smoking villa offers private bedroom and living areas. Our Villas have 525 sq. feet of space with 2 Full Size beds in the Master bedroom, plus a Full Size Sofa Sleeper in the living room. Amenities include Kitchen with two Burner Stove, Full Size Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Microwave, Coffeemaker, Toaster, Flatware, Glassware, Silverware, Cookware, Two TV's with deluxe cable channels, Iron and Ironing Board, Hair dryer, and two in-room telephones. Pets weighing less than 60 pounds are permitted in villas only (surcharge). Free local calls, Hotel parking, and wireless internet access is also included. Resort includes Pool, Games Room, Fitness Room, Laundry Room and more..

The Suite is located in the Three Star Resort: The Palms Hotel and Villas.

Terms and Conditions:

Payment Policy:

Rates are quoted in US Dollars. A minimum down payment of $250 is due at time of Reservation. Full payment is due at least 30 days prior to arrival. In addition a minimum (refundable) Damage/Cleaning deposit of $250 is also required with your Full payment. Rates include a standard Cleaning fee, any additional cleaning costs incurred will be charged to the guest (i.e. soiled dishes, additional trash, etc.) Rates do NOT include Holidays/Special Events.

Cancellation or Changes to Reservation Policy:

Full Refund if cancellation/change is received 30 days prior to the Arrival Date. If request is received within 30 days, A full Refund (less $50 admin fees), will be returned if Unit can be re-booked for at least the same rate as the canceled/changed dates.

Rules:

You are agreeing to rent the unit from the Owner, and not the Resort. You will not be able to contact Housekeeping or the Front Desk for additional services. The Suite will be cleaned and prepared with clean linen, towels, etc (there is no daily housekeeping service). If there are any maintenance issues please contact eith the Property Manager or the owner and not the resort, unless the issue is an emergency i.e. Leak, Power Outage etc.

*** Please Note that the Resort offers Free Shuttle Service and Complimentary Breakfast, these Amenities are NOT included when you reserve my Suite (Our Rates are about 30 to 50% less than the rates offered by the Resort). ***

PLEASE vacate the room in a respectable condition, I do pay for standard cleaning fee, but if my cleaner charges me for extra work (i.e. removal of excessive trash, soiled dishes, etc.), additional cleaning fees will be passed on to the guest.

*** Also Please, As a courtesy to all guests, NO SMOKING in the Suite (You will forfeit your deposit if you smoke in the Suite) ***
