The room was dirty and nasty. Carpet and furniture was stained and old. We did not have a stove- instead we had a hot plate. No dishwasher and the fridge from 1970. There was no cleaning service at al… More

If you check the resort's rating at TripAdvisor, https://goo.gl/tTbbSg, you'll see that 65 percent of the guest find this place excellent or good, another 15 percent rate it as average, and only less than 20 percent are dissatisfied... I'm sorry for my guest's experience anyway. I phoned the admin and checked if there were any complaints from the guest, and they said "no". My unit is rented at $595.00 per week in July, which is much below the market, and is not expensive for a 1-Bedroom unit with Kitchen... It is a timeshare unit, not a resort's inventory room, - daily clean up is not offered, never been advertised or promised. The property is a family style resort, you clearly may expect people with children there, which make it noisy. Also, the moderate or economy paid property always accumulates an appropriate style vacationers. To be guaranteed there is no "crowd very wild and rowdy" you have to stay at Ritz, - the "crowd" will be well polished and mannered, it will just cost you same money per night you paid for a week.
