Description

This stunning well-designed single storey pool house at the Seasons resort in Florida is a real gem. This quaint vacation home hidden amongst the tropical palms and fronds will delight you all around from its chic and simple exterior design to the modern and minimalistic touches inside. With a total of 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this beautiful home can easily sleep 8 people.

The large stylish open planned kitchen in black and white has everything you could ever want in a kitchen. The large marble kitchen workspace allows you to really spread out if you wish to. A small modern breakfast table which seats 4 people is conveniently located nearby. The fresh tiles run throughout the home, giving this Florida vacation pool home a real tropical feel. The majority of the furnishings is modern and is either cream or white. Each ceiling has been fitted with an overhead fan to ensure you stay refreshed and comfortable during the hot summer months.

The main living room with a comfortable sofa set, flat screen TV, and surround sound system is connected to the plant adorned dining room suite which seats 6 people. The second living room with large leather sofas looks out onto the patio area and has a sliding door access to the pool. Each bedroom is simple and tastefully decorated and there are 2 master rooms, both of which have their own en-suite bathroom. The large laundry room also has a full-sized pool table and small TV for entertainment purposes. The large pool area is perfect for a day in the sun. There’s a big patio, part of which is covered for your own comfort. There’s a number of dining places for alfresco dining and a few cushioned sun loungers to relax on.

Community Details:

Seasons Kissimmee is a quiet resort community of 71 well maintained vacation homes and villas. It is located approximately 5 miles from Epcot in the Walt Disney World Resort. Seasons is located south of Orlando on US 192 east just behind Medieval Times and close to Wal-Mart. The local attraction Old Town Kissimmee is also located just 5 minutes away.

Other major attractions in proximity to the Seasons villas include Magic Kingdom and Universal Studios. Major shopping and restaurants can be found up and down the US 192/Irlo Bronson Memorial corridor located approximately 0.9 miles away.

The resort community is well located and maintained. Many Seasons Kissimmee rentals are lakefront or water view which is always in high demand.

Seasons Kissimmee vacation rentals also offer a community playground as well as a pond/lake with walking trail.

Additional amenities include: game room, 15 minutes from disney, games room - pool table, TV in every bedroom, paved parking, gorgeous furnishings, cd player, free calls, has pool, private enclosed heatable pool.

Don’t bother booking this place unless it’s had a full makeover. Everything was dirty, tired and tatty. The crockery, glasses and cups were all dirty. The bedding smelled of BO and is pol… More
