This large 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo has one of the top golf course views in the resort! Located on the Tom Watson Course, this condo is on the 4th floor (with an elevator just outside the front door) and has a beautiful view surrounded by palm trees, lush landscape, and multiple course holes. The spacious balcony offers a view directly down the fairway and putting green of the 13th hole. This condo is located next to the resort's private Miniature Golf Course, Tennis Courts, and Golf Cart Rentals. Within walking distance, you will find the Waterpark (with waterslide, lazy river, and kids area), Seven Eagles Pool, and “The Cove” Bar and Grille. Also within walking distance, you will find the Reunion Grand Hotel and Clubhouse that offers a variety of restaurants and bars to choose from.

The large recently renovated living and dining area are furnished to a high standard and includes a 65-inch smart HDTV with a cinema sound system. The main living and dining area has a newer, upgraded laminate floor and newer light fixtures with dimmable features to accommodate all times of day from early mornings to winding down in the evening. The dining area is equipped with seating for 10. It includes a large table that accommodates seating for 6, and next to the dining table you will find 4 additional bar stools located at the kitchen bar. The full-size kitchen is well stocked with kitchenware to meet any family's needs, granite countertops, and the latest appliances.

The living room offers a beautiful view of the course with an expanse of sliding glass doors. Step out the sliding glass doors from the living room and you will find yourself out on your private, covered balcony that has a table for 4, an additional small seating area for 2 and 2 sun loungers to relax and take in the Florida Sunshine.

The master en-suite bedroom includes a king bed and cable TV. It also has a sliding door that offers entrance onto the balcony. There is a large walk-in closet, an electronic safe, and an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, a large bathtub, and a spacious walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed with cable TV, 2 closets, and a connecting family bathroom. The third bedroom includes 2 full-size beds, a large closet, 40-inch cable TV with Playstation 3, and an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a walk-in shower.

This resort is family-friendly and has many amenities to offer including 7 pools, tennis and pickleball courts, golf cart rental, bike rental, in-resort shuttle, resort restaurants/bars, and transportation to nearby Walt Disney World.
