Description
This 6 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom house is situated in Terra Verde, Kissimmee. There are 4 master king en suite bedrooms. It has a wonderful west facing pool overlooking a huge lake. The resort offers a beautiful club house with resort manager and concierge, lounges, swimming pool, spa, tiki bar serving food and drinks, shuffleboard, outdoor lounges and sports activities. And when you are ready to leave the resort the theme parks and entertainment of Central Florida are just minutes away! We charge a cleaning fee of $200/£180 to all bookings. Pool and spa heat is available (and chargeable) upon request and is not included in the price unless clearly shown. Pool heat is $40 per day plus tax.
For the home and your own security. The home is fitted with CCTV cameras on all external exits of the property.

The CCTV to the rear door exits and entire pool deck does NOT operate when the home security system is DISARMED (ie when the home is occupied).

Response from the owner We also believe a week is not enough in the resort! The club house is only a short walk from the house this works well when aiming for a swim in the large pool or a drink at the bar!
