Just minutes from Disney located in a gated community inside Emerald Island Resort, Kissimmee, Florida, this professionally decorated and spacious vacation villa offers luxurious accommodations with 7 Disney themed bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms with 3 en-suites. Enjoy the fabulous private pool and spa with a Star Wars themed theater room with a Nintendo Switch and games. This fully furnished vacation villa offers free wifi, 11 cable flat-screen TVs, stainless steel kitchen appliances and granite countertops, fully-stocked kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, dinnerware and glasses, toaster, Keurig coffeemaker, slow cooker, washer/dryer, iron and ironing board. Multiple living spaces to make a family gathering more enjoyable. Guests can utilize all the facilities provided within the resort, which include the clubhouse, fitness center, sauna, 2 heated community pools and spas, internet cafe, Tiki-bar, volleyball court, lighted tennis and basketball courts, kiddie play areas, lakes and fountains, nature trails and much more. EXTERIOR
Over-sized pool deck offers plenty of room to relax around the pool with attached spa. No walking out of the house and falling into the pool here! Relax and sip on a drink at one of the table and chairs sets located on the pool deck or sit back and watch TV, play ping pong or mini golf on the covered lanai which runs the length of the house. Stay outside even if it rains. The screen enclosure covering the pool deck keeps out the bugs and lizards. If you have little ones, the pool alarms on all doors and the removable toddler fence provide a safer and more relaxing experience for all. If you are visiting in the cooler months, pool and/or spa heat are available for an additional charge. Of course, there is also a BBQ grill.
INTERIOR
The inside of this villa is just as spectacular as the outside. The Living Room is the perfect place to escape the noise of video games and relax with a book. The Living Room also has a queen sofa bed. The Dining Room provides a separated area for eating, with seating for eight at the table. Next, you emerge into the open Family Room and eat-in kitchen area. The Family Room is open for that spacious feel and the sliding glass doors to the pool deck provide plenty of light. The Family Room boasts a 55-inch flat screen TV. The Family Room also has a queen sofa bed.
The eat-in kitchen has seating for six and is fully equipped, all the cookware, dishes and utensils you need are there including plastic dishes and glasses if you want to eat or enjoy a drink on the lanai.
The hallway off the Family Room leads to the Powder Room, Laundry Room and Theater Room.
BEDROOMS
The first of the 7 bedrooms is the spacious master suite - Cinderella’s Blue Dreams king ensuite, located on the first floor, off the living room. There is a huge private bathroom, featuring a shower and garden tub and a wall mounted flat screen TV.
The other 6 Disney themed bedrooms are on the second floor. The Snow White king en-suite with a crib. The Marvel Avengers king en-suite, the Harry Potter California king bedroom, the Beauty & the Beast queen bedroom, the Frozen queen bedroom and the Mickey Mouse 2 double bedroom. That’s right, every bedroom has a wall mounted flat-screen TV! Total of 11 TVs with cable are in our vacation villa.
We hope you like our villa and enjoy a wonderful stay there! We also hope you see that we are dedicated owners who want to create and maintain a beautiful vacation home, not just for our family but for our guests as well.
We love families and children, we have a high chair, pack and play, and stroller available for guests to use. So if there is something missing that you need for your baby, toddler, children or family, let us know and chances are we will purchase it for the house. The amenities described herein are subject to change and no assurance is made that these amenities will be available in the villa.
