Fully furnished 2 BR 2bath house with community pool very near Disney available year round for daily, weekly and monthly rentals. Features: cable TV on 2 TVs, phone connection, linens and towels, washer/dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, fenced yard. Tiled throughout except for bedrooms. Spacious at 1250 sq. ft. ( 3 times the size of a hotel room!). Near shopping, restaurants, dinner shows, all area attractions.

Located in a quiet residential area.

Loss of key and service to open the home has a $50 fee plus new key cost.
Follow garbage day rules.

How do damage deposits work?
