Our beautiful Orlando vacation Villa rental, with many upgrades is a fabulous holiday rental home with private pool, is set in the peaceful and tranquil location of Emerald Island Resort a gated community.

With every possible resort style amenity at your disposal, it is only minutes from Disney World Orlando and close to Orlando Universal studios and Orlando SeaWorld and is superbly positioned for access to all the other Orlando theme parks and attractions!

The luxury accommodation of our holiday home at Emerald Island is the ideal place from which to explore and enjoy all the Orlando attractions and other entertainment Florida has to offer.

The 2 story executive style Villa with 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms, has been thoughtfully furnished by it's owners to the highest standards creating a vacation home with a stylish contemporary feel and ensuring plenty of individual living space.

The entire vacation home is air-conditioned and tastefully decorated with cable TV's throughout, with a family room-sitting room- formal dining area - breakfast nook fitted kitchen and games room.

The private villa overlooks a conservation woodland nature reserve and the private pool and spa area is not overlooked by other properties from the rear.

Explanation of pool heat; we have installed two systems of pool heat for your comfort and convenience.

1) Solar, this is always on and is complementary.

2) Electric heat exchange. This is an optional extra, and chargeable. (Recommended from October to April)

If you choose to have the pool heated by electric heat exchange, you only need to advise the host of your request.

As TripAdvisor group of sites do not have the facility to add the cost of optional extras the cost is charged separately to TripAdvisor billing. The host will invite you to pay via a separate PayPal request.

Notes on chargeable extras;

Pool and spa heat are additional service offered by the homeowner for your enjoyment at a set price.

There is also complimentary use of the Emerald Island Resort Clubhouse, and all its facilities to our guests,

including heated outdoor Swimming pool and Spa , Swedish Sauna, Arcade games room, Internet room, club house lounge, TiKi Bar, Fitness room, also for your use are volleyball and tennis courts, two children's playgrounds, and several nature trails to walk and cycle.

The reception area also offers faxing & other light office services.

Our beautiful Vacation Villa and Emerald Island Resort both have the 'Wow factor in abundance and are sure to impress you!
