We have the ideal location for a holiday close to the fabulous Central Florida attractions - including Walt Disney World, Universal and Sea World. With 4 bedrooms and plenty of space, the Indian Ridge Villa is ideal for small families, large families or two families sharing - for 2 to 8 guests.

Luxury 4 bedroom villa with south facing pool and spa. Air conditioned throughout, great location just 5 minutes from Walt Disney World.

Family Lounge
With access to your own private swimming pool, the family lounge is great for relaxing in front of the stereo television – with an enhanced package of high-definition digital channels to watch. For more choice we provide a DVD player and video recorder, together with a selection of films (including children’s videos). The family lounge has a ceiling fan for additional comfort to supplement the air-conditioning.

Formal Lounge
Our second lounge provides even more space for relaxing – perhaps with a book. Or maybe tune in to a local radio station, or choose a CD from the large collection (there’s bound to be something to meet your taste, be it classics, jazz, rock, pop)

Dining Area
A separate dining area for those evenings when you choose to ‘eat-in’. Or to fetch a ‘take-away’ (carry-out) from one of the many restaurants offering this service (many will deliver, if preferred)

Kitchen
A fully equipped kitchen, with oven, range, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, waste disposal. Everything you need to prepare your meal – but don’t forget you are on vacation, there are plenty of restaurants within a short drive!

Master Bedroom
A large master bedroom (US King Size Bed - UK SuperKing)with a ceiling fan supplementing the air-conditioning for additional comfort. An en-suite bathroom with tub, walk-in shower and twin vanity units add to the luxury, together with a large walk-in wardrobe (closet). A television and video recorder are provided for your enjoyment and relaxation. There is also access to your pool from the master bedroom. This room was featured on BBC national television when it was featured on a makeover programme – come and see the results! Need to make an early start? – no problem, radio alarm clocks are provided.

Bedroom 2
A double bedroom (US Queen Size Bed, UK King Size), again with a ceiling fan for extra comfort. All bedrooms feature large wardrobes (closets) which provide plenty of storage space. A second bathroom (with shower and tub) is adjacent to bedroom 2 – with pool access.

Bedroom 3
A twin room opposite the second bathroom. Double wardrobe. The location of the bedrooms makes our villa ideal for 2 families to share – bedrooms 2 and 3 being alongside each other with their ‘own’ bathroom.

Bedroom 4
This twin room is themed with Disney’s ‘Winnie The Pooh’, ideal for young and not-so-young alike. This bedroom has access to the master bedroom’s en-suite bathroom (which can be locked off if not required). Large wardrobe and chest of drawers provide plenty of storage

Swimming pool
The swimming pool is surrounded by a mesh screen to keep unwanted insects out. It is south facing so catches plenty of sunshine, and can be heated during the winter months if required. We also provide table, chairs and relaxers for your comfort whilst topping up your tan. There is also a shaded area for cooling off (with a ceiling fan, if required) - and a spa to relax in (no charge for spa heat)

Garage
The garage has space for 2 cars. It also provides laundry facilities, with a large washing machine, tumble dryer and washing lines

Nestled in a quiet community setting with no through traffic, Indian Ridge is one of the closest rental home communities to Walt Disney World., situated off US 192 just three miles west of the junction with World Drive, Disney's main entrance.

Indian Ridge features large homes in a country-like setting within a walled neighborhood. The community features include several park areas, a large and private community pool, a children’s playground, tennis courts, football field and miles of paved jogging paths.

It is easy to start your morning along any of interconnecting pathways of Indian Ridge that ultimately lead to the main children’s park at the entrance of the community.

There are many excellent golf courses within minutes of Indian Ridge, including Mystic Dunes, Reunion, Champions Gate and Orange Lake. At night, the silence of Indian Ridge will make you believe you are in the countryside of Florida.

“Family holiday”

The house is perfect for a family holiday situated very close to Disney. Close to shoping etc, has everything you need large pool jacuzzi.there is nothing you need that is not in the house, could do with a little tlc , but it is a holiday home so I suppose it is as expected very good.
