Description

Villa Betty Boo is on the prestigious Hampton Lakes Community which has a swimming pool, basketball, volleyball and tennis courts for your free use. Hampton Lakes is beautifully landscaped and is a very secure community. Villa Betty Boo has 4 spacious bedrooms and can sleep 8 - 9 people + infants comfortably.

THE MASTER BEDROOM overlooks the pool and has a CONTEMPORARY EN-SUITE BATHROOM with walk in shower/bath, a king size bed, 32' HD plasma cable TV , ceiling fan and large walk in wardrobe.

BEDROOM TWO has a queen size bed with large built in mirrored wardrobe, Flat Screen cable TV, DVD player, ceiling fan and shares the second bathroom with bedrooms 3 & 4.

BEDROOMS 3 & 4 have 2 twin beds in each along with large mirrored built in wardrobe, both have ceiling fans.

The 1st twin is a Betty Boop Theme room with Flat screen cable TV & and bedroom 4 is a Toy Story theme with Flat screen cable TV and PS2.

THE SECOND BATHROOM Is a newly refurbished contemporary bathroom with bath shower and WC.

THE FORMAL LOUNGE has 2 comfortable 3 seat sofas coffee table and dining table for 8 people.

THE FAMILY ROOM has 2 large sofa's, two chairs, coffee table, Large Flat Screen 42' HD Plasma Cable TV with multi-regional DVD player and ceiling fan. This room leads to the pool area via patio doors, it is also connected to the kitchen.

THE KITCHEN is fully equipped and with American fridge with ice maker and water dispenser, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and enough crockery and cooking utensils for more than 10 people. There is a breakfast table with 4 chairs.

THE UTILITY ROOM houses the washing machine, tumble drier, iron and board, hoover etc.

GAMES ROOM, with pool table, foosball table, electronic basketball and darts.

THE POOL is 28' and south west facing, it can be heated at a cost of $15 per day and has a pool blanket for the winter months, it is also floodlit. The deck is large and also floodlit, we have ample patio furniture and loungers and also have a privacy fence and child safety fence. A BBQ is available for rent from $60 per week.

Villa Betty Boo is fully air conditioned and has central heating. The pool is floodlit and can be heated at an additional cost of $15 per day and has a pool blanket. There is also a £30 cleaning charge on bookings under 7 nights.

POOL HEAT IS AN ADDITIONAL $15 PER DAY

This fantastic villa is situated very close to all the attractions, Disney is 15 mins. away, Universal 20 mins. We have a Publix supermarket and Applebees Restaurant across the road along with the highly renowned Highlands Reserve Golf Course. There are many more courses within a short drive. Champions Gate only 10 mins.

Response from the owner Verity, I am so sorry you had these issues, I had no idea! I have only just seen your review today as I had no notification of it from tripadvisor. I was made aware that your could not find the wifi password, which should have been on the front of the router and then Karen messaged to say you had found it, so i presumed everything was ok. You never mentioned any cleaning issues, had you done so I would have sent my manger straight round to sort them out. You can see I take great pride in my villa and I'm so disappointed you did not find it in a perfect condition. I have passed your comments onto my manager and can assure you if you return you will have no problems.

Response from the owner I am so sorry you had some issues with my villa. I spoke to my manager and she said that the dryer had an issue and we have now replaced it. The games room is in the garage area so not air conditioned but we have a number of fans in there which cools it down when the weather is very hot...the pool table is standard size and is in good condition. I wish you had contacted me during your stay as I would have made sure these issues were dealt with promptly.

Response from the owner This is unbelievable, this man stayed in my villa in March this year and our electricity was not cut off we had a power outage which was back on by 9pm but even so I paid for the family to stay in a hotel as it had disrupted their stay and we didn't know what time it would be back on. The dishwasher was running slowly so we had it replaced and the house was not dirty, these guests arrived late at night and contacted me at 4pm the following day to say it was not clean, and that they wanted a refund, my manager went straight round and the house was spotless!! I refunded him part of his rental charge due to the outage and the dishwasher but he wanted the whole amount refunded even though he had spent his holiday there bar the last night they spent in a hotel. He threatened to post bad reviews everywhere if I did not refund the whole amount and it wold seem his doing just that!
