We have received 2015 Trip Advisors Certificate of Excellence! for our villa. We welcome you to be one of the first to rent this lovely furnished and well equipped unit, with the highest standards in mind; 4 bedroom /3 bath villa with 2 Kings, 1 Queen and 3 Twins. This luxurious villa has everything you need to experience the Floridian lifestyle. This villa has recently been renovated in May 2015 with all the modern features one expects of a quality vacation villa together with a private pool which faces a conservation area that gets lots of sun and privacy. Our villa has upgraded furniture, area rug, lamps, wall art & decorations and no expense has been spared to provide luxury at its best. The kitchen cabinets and counters have all been replaced with new taller soft close cabinets & drawers and granite counter tops throughout. A new wall mounted television in the dining room, all new remote control ceiling fans with lights were installed in all of the bedrooms. We have also removed all carpeting and installed new laminate wood flooring in all bedrooms, for those with allergies and ease of cleaning. The pool area gets sun from approx. 10 to approx. 3 o’clock or so! The pool area faces a preserve and is private, quiet. This villa is located in the beautiful Terra Verde Resort directly across the street from the clubhouse. There is no better location to rent!

We have multiple reviews approx.45 over the last 4 years from extremely satisfied guests who have become friends as most are repeat guests and look out for home and care about the home. We are happy and grateful to have them as our guests. The guests live all of the modern updates, decor and clean tastefully decorated home.
