This fabulous 4 Bed Villa is located in a peaceful corner of Lake Berkley Resort with beautiful views to the Conservation Area and one on the lakes at Lake Berkley.
This fully air conditioned property offers all of the homely comforts you would expect whilst being on vacation and will sleep up to 8 people. Cable TVs are provided in the main sitting area and 2 of the bedrooms, there is also a PlayStation available. There are also 2 cots for your use.
The Lounge area is well furnished with new modern furniture and looks out over the pool deck. There is 40 channel Cable T.V. PlayStation, DVD, Radio, CD player, and reading books for your entertainment.
The typical American style kitchen has large hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and ice making fridge freezer. There is plenty of china, glassware, cutlery and cooking utensils, saucepans etc for your use.
There are two Dining Areas: Breakfast and formal dining area and are located adjacent to kitchen.
The recently refurnished Master Bedroom offers a King sized bed, Cable TV, walk in wardrobe and ensuite shower room with WC & wash hand basin. Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed, luxury furnishings and plenty of storage space. Bedrooms 3 & 4 are twin bedded with built-in double wardrobes.
The main bathroom has both a bath and a shower, as well as washbasin and WC. The separate Laundry room is fitted with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. So no need to pack loads of clothes in your suitcases, save the space for new items you will buy much cheaper in Orlando.
The pool deck overlooks the conservation woodland area and one of the three lakes on Lake Berkley. The large pool area is furnished with table, chairs, and sun loungers. Also there is a large gas BBQ.
A refundable security deposit of $150 is payable prior to rental.
The Pool can be heated for an additional fee, please enquire for details.

As you know all our villas are furnished and maintained to a very high standard, and all with private heated pools.
