5 Beds, 3 Bath home that is beautifully furnished throughout (Big TV/Games Room/Heated Pool/Free Internet).
This villa is furnished to a very high standard and being all one level is ideal for one or two families.
The villa has 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms which can conveniently and spaciously provide for up to 10 family members' daily activities, relaxation, and enjoyment.
The main sitting room has a luxurious large full leather sofa and you can watching the huge 55-inch LED TV . From the sitting room you can see and have access to the outdoor private pool, which can be heated if required.
The master bedroom has a large bath and walk in shower. The second bedroom has a Queen sized bed. There are three further twin bedrooms, one of which has a Princess theme which children always adore.
The kitchen is newly renovated with a marble top surface and is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, kitchen wares, utensils and dinner sets that you will need.
The fully screened pool area has a spacious deck, great for sunbathing. The deck has all the usual chairs and loungers you will need.
This villa has high demand from previous renters, so please book early to avoid disappointment.
All guests can use, free of charge, the various facilities of Lake Berkley Resort, which includes, tennis, basketball court, volley ball, fishing on 3 lakes, golf practice nets, clubhouse, gym, outside exercise area, children’s playpark, communal pool/Jacuzzi and children’s splash pool.
A refundable security deposit of $150 is payable prior to rental.
The Pool can be heated for an additional fee, please enquire for details.
