Description
Our villa is South West facing, so when you have had a busy day at the theme parks you can relax around the pool, with its covered lanai & ceiling fan to watch the sun go down.
We have a fully fitted Games room, with pool table, foosball, dart board, Xbox, Wii and a fun exercise bike. There is also a table with 4 chairs to play, dominoes, cards, chess or one of the many board games that are stored in the unit.
Cumbrian Lakes is a gated community, with stunning Lakes, walk
ways, children's play area, and lots of wildlife for you to see.
BBQ Rental can be booked from innabirentals com for anyone wanting a grill.

“As we remember and why we go time & time again!”
Having now stayed in the hosts property 3 times, its always reassuring to know that somethings never change. Its a lovely, quiet location, off the main strips of the 192 and I-Drive. This suits us perfectly. With a 20 minute drive you can be at a Disney - Universal park, or on I-Drive. Equally you will find ample shopping opportunities at Vineland, Florida Mall and Premium Outlets, which really is easy to navigate to. The villa is clean, its got a welcoming feel about it, still after all the times we have stayed here. The views over the lakes, and the 2 alligators popping up to say hi is great. A new cooker and huge American fridge/freezer are a great addition. Bedrooms are great for the kids, singles or double option. With the covered seating area, it gives you an opportunity to "hide" from the sun a little whilst the kids enjoy the brilliant pool area. We didn't go away to have a B-B-Q, so no big deal it wasn't there, neither did we want a noisy, tourist surrounding, just peace, quiet and the most amazing sun sets after a long day at the parks or shopping. If your looking for somewhere that offers a little bit of living in the states, this is great. We have already looked at returning in 2024, and the villa is already booked as far as we are concerned. One last thing. The management team, Derek is very helpful, an ex Brit and is more than happy to return calls when we needed any help or had any questions. Thanks Maureen, it was a great vacation, hub for our wedding holiday and we look forward to returning.

“Slightly disappointed”
We stayed at the villa in 2019. It was lovely and had all the listed amenities then. Now it DOES NOT have a Grill/Barbecue (this has been condemend), access to the safe (key is missing), the Tv'… More

“Cumbrian lakes - Sunset lake Villa”
We had an amazing time at this villa. Everything was well organised and the property is in excellent condition. The new cooker, fridge and microwave in the kitchen were lovely and the property management were onsite within 20 mins when we had a small problem turning the air conditioning on. Would strongly recommend this villa to anyone. Wed an amazing family holiday. Our kids loved the pool and the views from it at sunset are truly stunning. Hope to return at some point!

“Golfers paradise”
What a lovely place to stay. It was home from home. As we play golf every other day it is somewhere to completely relax on our day off. Slightly too large for two but it was so spacious and relaxing it didn't matter to us. Hopefully we will be back next year,
