This spacious townhome with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms is located in Kissimmee in a safe and secured Gated Resort Community, off Route 192. The house is minutes away (1.5 miles) from Disney parks, 20 minutes from Sea World and Universal Studios. Super Target, Wal-Mart and Orlando Premium Outlets are within 10 minutes. Several golf, fishing and boating facilities are also nearby.
When at home, stay connected with Internet with free WiFi, or enjoy movies on the DVD Player/Cable TV. Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and baking. Leave refreshed, relaxed and recharged!
The home comes with a King size bed, a Queen bed, a pair of twin beds. Sofa can be used as a bed too to let 7-8 vacationers sleep comfortably. There are flat screen TVs in two of the bedrooms and in the living room with 250+ cable channels. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern appliances, dinnerware and cookware. You can enjoy refreshing views of nature trail from the patio and from the bedroom or relax around the pool.

“Good location for Disney”
Our stay was fine. We basically only used the condo to sleep. The king matress NEEDS to be replaced, though. It was very lumpy and uncomfortable. The others said their beds were fine.
