Windsor Hills Disney Adventure Villa:

Our spacious family villa features 3500 square feet of luxury living space with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms which can accommodate 16 comfortably. Our South facing screened in swimming pool with hot tub and a covered patio area is perfect to watch the sun set. You can BBQ on our gas grill while watching the kids swim in the pool! Our private villa is one of the largest corner lots located in the Reserve section of Windsor Hills, a gated resort. Windsor Hills resort offers a lagoon style pool with a large waterslide, hot tub, game room, fitness center, movie theater, convenience shop, basketball courts, sand volleyball court, 3 themed playgrounds, putting green and tennis courts. We have just added an outdoor TV for the patio and pool area. Sonos music speakers inside and outside by the pool. We have just completed 25K in updates and additions March 2020.

Our villa is located 5 minutes from Walt Disney Theme Parks and minutes from Sea World, Universal Studios, Legoland, golf and many other popular Florida attractions.

If you'd like POOL/SPA heat there is an additional fee of $25/Day

“Perfect localtion and great house with a perfect pool.”

I'm a rookie at time sharing, but the owner helped me all the way. We saved money by staying here instead of inside Disney. The location was only 10 to 15 minutes for all of the Parks.

Response from the owner We are sorry you felt this way. We called you several times during your stay and you never mentioned any of this. We asked if you were comfortable and if there was anything we can do and you did not communicate any of this to us. We also allowed you to have a wedding reception with caterers at our house. We were contacted several times from security during your stay and had them overlook several rules. The community has rules for a reason. Our patio furniture is less than a year old. We are having an issue with the manufacture on the cushions. We are in the process of replacing them. We have had nothing less than 5 star reviews. Communication with us would have made your stay more enjoyable. Windsor Hills is an upscale community and would like to remain that way. We take exceptional care of our home and expect tenants to enjoy the comforts of our home as well as treating it as you would your own. Thank you for staying with us. We appreciate the feedback.
