Our beautiful, spacious fully air conditioned private villa is located on a fantastic large plot with fantastic views over a large lake and in the peaceful community of Windward Cay 'the hidden jewel of Kissimmee' and yet less than 1 mile from the 192 with all the shops,entertainment and restaurants you could wish for. With the excitement and thrill of the Disney Parks just seven miles away the location could not be better.

“‘Lakeside Haven’ is just that.”
The house called Lakeside Haven is perfect for couples or families. The location, a few minutes from the 192, is central to all things Florida. The Parks, the Coasts, the Airports, NASA, Gatorland, Airboat Rides and the pretty towns of Kissimmee and Celebration. The Lake is beautiful and tranquil and steeped in exotic wildlife. A quiet estate with no obvious noise from neighbours or traffic. The house has everything you could possibly need for your stay. Beautiful pool and tub. Lovely outside area for eating drinking or sundowners. All the three bedrooms are tastefully decorated with huge comfy beds and plenty of storage and hanging space. The bathrooms are modern and light and airy with the kitchen being large and functional leading on to a dining area. The lounge is big with lots of seating in snuggly sofas and easy chairs. There is also table tennis in the double garage. We walked to Walmart (Asda) in twenty minutes and to local restaurants and attractions like Medieval Times in just a few minutes. The house is well appointed clean and with a South facing pool and outside area. Sun all day and sunsets at dusk. The Owners have thought of every safety aspect. Doors to the pool are alarmed, making the home child safe. Smoke detectors in each room. Plus a front door code locking system. So no lost/forgotten keys. Plenty of off street parking and a very comprehensive guide to the appliances like washer/dryer and smart TVs. In the kitchen: Ice maker, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, blender. Everything utensil you could possibly need for your vacation. The Owners and Management Company are always there to help and couldn’t having been more friendly. Cannot wait to go back. Thank You for being so thoughtful.

“Peaceful oasis”
Incredible home with full amenities. Owners Sandra and Martyn are very accessible and wonderful to deal with. We took our granddaughter and will be planning to stay with them again in the future!
