The apartment is tailored to the 25 m2 balcony, from which to make a. has views of village of blessing and the large garden. It is located to the South and has Sun all day.
Both the bedroom and the living room you have access. The apartment is open-plan, to light and ' eyes ' to have.
The Red beech is located in a house in 1890, we have newly renovated. It is from the usual here building material, 'Pumice', which has excellent breathing, insulating properties. Together with the triple glazed Windows and doors and organic color, we have a pleasant environment created for details of the apartment design see pictures and the limes hiking trail crosses the site text, the Rheinsteig passes 300 metres above the town. Those who seek closeness to nature and recreation, is right here.
In the 'wave of dike', a first-class adventure pool with Spa area offers. In addition, the visitor will find the rink port of Neuwied, open from September until April. Neuwied also boasts the largest Zoo in RLP.
