Description
Villa Elysian is the perfect retreat if you are looking for some privacy as there is only one other house in the vicinity with the rest of the surroundings being coconut palms and uninterrupted sea views.
The villa is a 3 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on the North West corner of the tropical island Koh Samui. The villa is perched on a hill side 1km from the beach and commands uninterrupted sea views. There is a 10 x 5m infinity pool, Bose sound system, plasma tv, fibre optic wi-fi internet, and fully equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and the villa sits on 800 sqm of landscaped garden.
BREAKFAST OPTIONS
Option 1:
Continental Breakfast (available for 200 Thai Baht per person per day). This package includes;
A fresh fruit platter
Juice
Coffee and Tea
Toast with Jams and spreads (Bread rolls etc can be arranged)
Yoghurts
Option 2:
Full Breakfast (available for 250 Thai Baht per person per day).
This package includes;
All items in Option 1 plus eggs (cooked to your liking), hash browns plus crispy bacon.
please note that the breakfast option needs to be ordered at least one week in advance and is charged for the duration of the booking.

If guests would like the staff to do a grocery shop on their behalf, this is available for 300 Thai Baht per delivery (not including groceries cost)
A security deposit of 10,000 Thai Baht (or equivalent currency) is required at check-in. This is returned to the guest at the end of their stay as long as there is no damage to the property.
Check-in time is 3pm. Check-out time is 11am. These times can be flexible subject to availability.
Smoking is only permitted in outdoor areas.

“Simply Amazing”
From the time we arrived we felt at home. The Villa is located at the top of a hill offering views one could dream of. Very comfortable, quiet and relaxing. My wife and I were joined by close friends for a week stay. Koh Samui as a whole is the perfect place for a get away. The Villa Elysian makes it even more pristine. We definitely plan to return in the future !
