Description

Our holiday flat is on the ground floor of our house.

The flat consists of one room plus kitchen area and shower-room. There is a new sofa, which is not a bed-sofa. We offer a cot / high chair at no extra charge. There is a separate kitchen area, with newly installed kitchen and a shower room. The kitchen is equipped for daily use. There is a dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and microwave. Please note that the hob is induction. We provide coffee and tea free of charge. Bedding and towels are provided free of charge. There is a hairdryer.

The flat has its own terrace. The garden and barbecue can be used by our guests.There is satellite television. Wi-fi is free to use.

The resort charge in Konstanz which entitles visitors to free bus and train travel in the area as well as 20% off the tourist boats and a range of other reductions. It is 5,6% of the rental.

This is a non-smoking flat. Smoking is also not allowed in the garden or on the terrace.

Getting around

Our flat is located on 3 bus routes into town. It takes under 10 minutes into the centre and bus travel is included in the resort tax. From us there is also a direct bus to the Island of Mainau and to the car ferry to Meersburg. It is about 1/2 hour walk into town and around 10 minutes down to the lake. Bicycles can be rented at the station.

“A great place to stay”

We had a great autumn break, good facilities, quiet location, nice helpful host and great place to chillax and recharges the batteries. Good location, accessible for buses and trains and lovely walks to explore the area We would definitely stay again.
