Description

Offering air-conditioned bedrooms in an apartment, Szhnn's VACA Apt features an outdoor swimming pool and security staff. Located in a residential area, the property is a 5-minute drive to One Borneo Hypermall. Free Wi-Fi is provided.

Also a 5-minute drive away is University Malaysia Sabah. It takes 15 minutes by car to travel to the city of Kota Kinabalu and Rumah Terbalik (Upside Down House). Kota Kinabalu International Airport is a 20-minute drive from Szhnn's Homestay.

Each room comes with linen, blankets and pillows. A hairdryer and free toiletries consisting of shampoo and shower gel is provided.

Common facilities for use by guests in the apartment include a flat-screen TV, FREE WIFI, dining hall and kitchen with stove and refrigerator. Ironing facilities are also available.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Pui Sie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
