The 110m2 (1183 sq ft) includes 4 double bedrooms (one that includes dining area and new, modern kitchen), 3 bathrooms, a spacious living room with Smart TV, sofabed, dining area and a separate kitchen. Each room has a separate brand new & quiet A/C unit. Our apartment is located on the 1st floor (2nd in the US) with elevator. Very central yet on a quiet street
