Eltern können entspannt und sorglos Ihre Kinder im Freien spielen lassen, da es am Ende der Sackgasse keinerlei Straßenverkehr gibt.

Parkplätze sind ein der großen Einfahrt und breiten Auffahrt ausreichend vorhanden.
