Ready for relax in a peaceful place with a full comfort? Visit a large Baroque farmhouse Kozojedský dvůr from 1732 with joyful, hardworking people living in a remote area in a picturesque valley, a mile outside the village, among meadows, pastures, ponds, deep forests and wild nature. Spend your holiday in one of six new luxury penthouse apartments.

Please note that price is set per one apartment. Each residence provides a separate accommodation for up to 5 persons (2 in living room + 3 in bedroom) and consists from four rooms: entrance and closet, bathroom, living room with fitted kitchen and bedroom.

A central garden house with a summer kitchen, grill, smokehouse and a wooden gallery dominate the picturesque patio with lawns planted by flowers. Enjoy fishing in our little pond, walking or bike tours or see beautiful places by short trips by car. Winter time visit the skiing slope Stupava 16 km away or enjoy cross-country skiing straight from the farm to a wild nature. Relax in a private Finish sauna next to your apartment (subject to a special price). Experience the resulting atmosphere creating reasons to stay here and come back.

“An oasis of peace and a natural way of life for an ideal holiday”

Going with our kids in this castle - farm was a best holiday ever for us, it was beyond all our expectations . We enjoyed the beautiful nature , the newly renovated castle , healthy natural food prepared and served by our friendly hosts . Accompanying them in their everyday life our kids learned out many things from nature and treatment of their animals (which , by the way have accommodation like in a 5-star hotel) . It was breathtaking every morning to see through the windows of our apartment deer or rabbits drinking water from a nearby creek . Owner Jan and his staff , Jura , Vojta , Peter and Johy embraced us as a family , the best part of the vacation was the time spent with them having fun , but also follow them in their work during the day. Next time we come here enlarged ,our friends and family must see this oasis of peace . We heartily recommend it to everyone.
