Marc Residence is a condominium located in the center of the Golden Triangle of Kuala Lumpur. Walking distance to famous and popular Clubbing places like Zouk, Beach Club, Lunar Bar, Sky Bar etc: Shopping malls KLCC, Pavillion, Bukit Bintang

The Space

Each unit comes with a dining area, kitchen, living room and bedroom area. The services offered are more suited for families and international executives. One of the best things about Marc Service is its location. It is relatively near Raja Chulan Station, KLCC LRT and Monorail Station. The area itself is enveloped with international restaurants, business towers and local street markets.

The Neighborhood

The Golden Triangle is one of the busiest areas in Kuala Lumpur. Parking slots within the city are very limited. The condo’s strategic location is an excellent plus for busy career oriented people. If you own or rent a unit here you will not have to drive around the city looking for a place to park. You can just park at your slot.

Whatever your lifestyle need may be Marc Service Residence can provide it for you. If you love shopping Suria KLCC shopping center is just five minutes away. If you want to travel someplace else the KLS LRT station is also just nearby. If you want to dine out with family and friends you can choose from several restaurants in the area.

“Clean & Comfortable”

“Excellent stay”

Enterance is a masterpiece. Infinity pools, children spaces, proximity to Klcc. Marc cant be beat. Only the rooms are a tad tiny. Maintenance is good though.
