Response from the owner TripAdvisor, It shows the inefficiency and unprofessional handling of your review team. This Alcinito guy DID NOT stay at my place at all. I wonder hiw can yoy allow any unscrupulous person to do a review without staying in the place mentioned. There is ni booking no to justify there. I WILL refer this matter to my lawyers.
