금년4월에 완공된 현대식 한옥 스타일의 웅장하고 멋스럽게 지워진 2층건물입니다. 냉난방시설이 잘되있어 한층더 쾌적하게 릴랙스할수있습니다. 도보10분내에 터미널 ,시내,다양한 문화재가 산재해 있습니다. 첨성대,천마총,안압지등을 가볍게 산책하며 보실수있습니다.저녁이 되면 은은한 조명아래 문화재를 즐기며 조상의 얼도 생각해볼수 있는 곳입니다. 침실은 원목으로 지워져 은은한 나무향을 맡아볼수 있습니다 새 집이라 각종 침구류도 새 것이며 케이블 tv, 인터넷, 그리고 게스트하우스내에는 무선와이파이존입니다 2층 테라스에서도 커피한잔을 마실수 있습니다
