VILLA WITH PRIVATE HEATED POOL with salt water without chemical (ecological) and with waterfall , PRIVATE JACUZZI , PRIVATE SAUNA, AIR CONDITIONING and HEATER, AMAZING SEA VIEWS IN A QUIET RURAL AREA., SMAT TVb with satellite channels, WIFI , garden, private terrace with barbecue.

ATLANTIS LUXURY VILLA - LANZAROTE

Villa sleeps 6 people and 2 babies.

This luxury villa is located in La Asomada, a lovely quiet rural village near the coast, in the south of Lanzarote. From this villa you can enjoy stunning and fantastic sea views and great scenery. It's almost like watching a postcard.

It is only a 5 minute drive from Puerto del Carmen, the largest resort on Lanzarote, with a lot of beautiful beaches, restaurants, shops, pubs, and other commercial centers.

Puerto Calero is another interesting point, which is also a 5 minute drive from the villa. Puerto Calero is a wonderful luxury marina with good restaurants and shops, yachts and sea views.

This villa has an excellent location. It is close to most tourist attractions as 'Mountain of Fire', 'La Geria', Puerto Calero, Puerto del Carmen, etc.

The strategic location of The Villa, in combination with its architecture make it an excellent place to enjoy a holiday with family, friends or both. Just as a romantic place.

The Asomada is a very small village with a population of less than 1. 000. It is a very quiet town, where you can enjoy a glass of wine from your balcony overlooking nearly half of the island and the neighboring island of Fuerteventura, with the sound of nature.

You can also enjoy a few sunsets and unique and wonderful sun.

This villa is located on the east side of La Asomada, but very private, is also surrounded by local, warm and friendly neighbors.

ABOUT ATLANTIS IN VILLA:

This villa was built in 3 levels low levels.

In the first level, there is a large entrance to the house, furnished room with plasma TV, satellite private and public channels, and radio / cd. On the left is a bedroom with 2 single beds (90), fitted wardrobes, plasma TV, a desk with a computer available and free Internet. On the right side of the hall is the master bedroom - Suitel also equipped with plasma TV, radio / cd, DVD, bathroom and a private dressing room with a large closet.

These 3 rooms have sea views and great scenery as well as from the dining room and kitchen.

At the top is a large, fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, dishwasher, etc.), with a separate room used as storage.

Going down 2 steps (2nd level), is the dining room, a double bedroom (overlooking the garden and pool), it also has plama TV and the main bathroom. In one corner of the room there is an indoor garden.

On the outside of the house.

Leaving the house in front of her is a large terrace with a small garden and outdoor seating. There is also a pool terrace with hammocks, where one party has a pergola roof and a small table and chairs.

The house is surrounded by gardens. On the terrace between the pool and the entrance is a cozy corner with a table for 7 people with chairs and a seat with integrated concrete roof to enjoy a barbecue or a drink with the same magnificent views of the sea and landscape.

Overall, this villa is actually an ideal charming, nice and comfortable holiday.

“Villa Atlantis -Lovely Clean & Spacious just right for a Relaxing Holiday”

Quiet Rural setting for a Relaxing Holiday. The Villa was Very Clean & had everything you could possibly need. The views were stunning & The Pool Size was fantastic. It was also a Very nice touch that the owners provide you with a few drinks & fresh fruit on arrival to get your holiday underway & Fresh Bread Rolls are delivered every morning. The Villa does not have Air-Conditioning which during the day is Not a problem as there are very high ceilings in the Living Room area . However, in the height of season July/August it can get very hot in the bedrooms at night where the ceilings are not so high .However, a Fan is provided to help overcome this but maybe an Air conditioning Unit would be a lot better.
