Description
This is a large and spacious villa built on a magnificent plot of some 2000 square metres. This really is a peaceful, rural haven. The traditional style villa has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large typical living room, a dining room and separate kitchen. The master bedroom provides en suite facilities and also has a private terrace complete with unrestricted sea views. The villa is completed wonderfully by the unique swimming pool and external areas. The pool is indoor which allows for the best of both worlds! In the winter months its completely sheltered and in the summer months you can have a swim without being roasted! Fully opening constatina doors give it an external feel when opened. Other amenities around the pool area include a BBQ/kitchen and a bathroom. Surrounding the pool area is plenty of sun bathing terracing and of course the lovely Lanzarote style gardens. The gardens are enclosed by high walls and there is also a garage for guests to use.

The large Living Room is very cosy with a rustic decor. It has the necessary furniture for your comfort as a sofa, chair, table, etc. and a flat screen TV with over 60 channels (including BBC1, BBC2, ITV1 HD, SKY NEWS, CNN, CNBC...), 30 German, French,.. There is a large Kitchen equipped with all the necessary kitchenware, plates, glasses, TV, cutlery etc. Between the kitchen and the living room is a dining room for 6 people. Casa Hugo has 3 bathrooms, one of them in the suite bedroom with a wide shower. Another one is in the main house and the third one at the swimming pool area. There are 3 bedrooms, one of them has a double bed in a suite type with its own terrace and sea views. The other two bedrooms have 2 single beds each. The whole Villa has wifi high speed. For babies and young children we have a cot and high chair. Cleaning service is on the day of arrival and the day of departure for 1 weeks stay. For longer stays cleaning is once a week with sheet and towel change.
