Description
A second-floor apartment, tastefully furnished and spacious. Fully air-conditioned with a large wrap-around terrace where you will see stunning views of the La Cala hills and the village of La Cala.
2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, with kitchen and utility room. Full SKY TV package with internet and all amenities including a large shared pool with sunbeds available, situated in well-kept grounds.
It is a 2 minute flat walk to the nearest golf club. A 5 minute walk into the centre of La Cala and 7 minutes to the beach.
There is a local outdoor market which is just next to the complex 2 days per week, here you can buy local home-grown fruit and veg and browse independent businesses.
La Cala has 2 large supermarkets a Mercadona and a Carrefour. There is also an Aldi opposite the apartment.
There are plenty of excellent restaurants and bars surrounding the area.
The resorts of Fuengirola, Benalmadena, Calahonda and Marbella are a short drive away with an excellent bus service available.

“Lovely apartment”
A delightful 2 bed apartment spacious inside and out. Locality excellent and only 10 minutes walk from town and beach. The apartment is tastefully furnished with all mod cons including multi channel TV, broadband etc.

“Fantastic place”
We are 2 50+ couples, this place suited us perfectly during these pandemic times. It’s situated in a great spot, nice and quiet but only a few minutes (flat) walk into all the buzz. Apartment itself is very well furnished with a fantastic wrap around balcony with access from both bedrooms as well as the lounge. It’s a real home from home with a well equipped kitchen and there was even a welcome package in the fridge, including wine, water and soft drinks. In the En Suite we found a selection of toiletries ( probably left by out going guests) that came in very handy in these small baggage days. ( Suntan lotions etc) All in all we are happy to highly recommend Anne’s place as a great holiday spot.

“Lovely break”
This is the first time we have stayed in this apartment and we had a lovely break. Nice apartment only 5 minutes flat walk into La Cala. We have already booked to stay again in June and September.
