Description

This apartment is situated on the complex of Navigolf. It has a privileged location in the small town of La Cala, De Mijas where you will find fabulous blue flag beaches, boutiques, bars, supermarkets and a whole host of restaurant’s all within walking distance. La Cala is a town which is famous for its village atmosphere, it is centrally located on the Costa del Sol coastline between Marbella and Fuengirola and has a long stretching beachfront boardwalk where you can stroll and enjoy many restaurants and stunning views along the way. Beachfront La Cala offers a large children’s play area and the main square where all the fiestas and outdoor festivities are held and is dominated by the 16th century watch tower “El Torreon”.

The Navigolf complex boasts a large swimming pool and children’s pool. Other facilities include two paddle tennis courts, a children’s play area, table tennis and onsite parking all within an extremely well maintained gated community. The apartment is also surrounded by 7 golf courses so the option is there if you would like to combine relaxation with activity.

This 2 bedroom apartment sleeps 5 and is fully furnished and decorated to a high standard and has A/C and heating in the lounge and both bedrooms, it also comes with free 5G Wi-Fi and satellite television. There are 2 bathrooms (one en suite), a fully fitted kitchen and a spacious lounger/dinner with a large flat screen television and DVD player. The first bedroom consists of a double bed and en suite. The second bedroom consists of 2 single beds with the option of a third pull out bed turning one of the beds into a double. The real gem about this apartment is the extremely large terrace with stunning views of the pool, ocean, mountains and golf courses. The Terrace is furnished with a table and 6 chairs, a double sun lounger, (there are extra sun loungers if required) a barbecue and a built in gazebo and umbrella.

Getting around

A car is recommended but not essential, La Cala town and beach is a short walk away where you will find some superb restaurants and boutiques. There is also a bus stop and a Taxi station in La Cala. I recommend a car because it gives you more freedom to visit other places. There are 2 water parks a short drive away and various other towns and beautiful beaches to explore. There is plenty of parking spaces within the gated community outside the apartment.

I am always on the other end of the phone during your stay should you need me and my property manager is always on hand to help.

“Amazing apt”

Just back from Carli’s fantastic apt pictures don’t do it justice loved everything about it so spacious and the outstanding terrace is amazing as is the massive tv in the living room there is also another tv in one of the bedrooms,as I read a lot it was very nice to be able to take a sunbed down to the pool which is also one of the biggest we have seen.
