Luxury first floor apartment with large balcony facing the Mediterranean Sea with stunning views.

2 spacious bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The master bedroom which also opens to the balcony has an en suite with a jacuzzi bathtub. The lounge also opens to the balcony and has large sliding windows.

There are 3 pools for the residents of Euromarina towers with access to the beach from the pool area.

Fully air conditioned apartment with electrical equipment including 32" LCD TV ( + Spanish TDT ) and DVD player with Karaoke. Furnishing includes Sofa-bed and fully equipped kitchen with breakfast stools.

This location is ideal for families who want a beach holiday and plenty of activities and amenities nearby. Within walking distance there is restaurant facing the Mar Menor lake and a bakery. An attraction is the Tomas Maestre Marina which has restaurants and bars.

Cabo de Palos is a short drive or bus journey away offering more choice in eateries.

PLEASE NOTE: THE COMPLEX SWIMMING POOLS ARE OPEN FROM THE 15TH OF MAY UNTIL THE 15TH OF NOVEMBER.

How do damage deposits work?

If Nabeel (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
